1.    Samples

We would love to provide sample as long as our customers pay sample charge and shipping cost. However, we will refund 1 pc sample charge after 500pcs order confirmed.

2.    How to make your logo on our products

Silk screen printing, transfer printing, full color printing, Laser engraving, Debossed logo according to different material.

3.    Setting up charge and printing charge for logo

Any order is 100pcs or above, setting up and printing charge is free.

Only when order is less than 100pcs, our setting up charge for each order is 15usd/color/logo

4.    Lead time

Usually 3 working days for samples,

5 -7 working days for 1k pcs

10 -12 working days for 5k pcs,

15 working days for 10k pcs after logo picture confirmation.

5.    Payment

T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Ali-pay escrow

a.  Sample orders and first order can be made via Paypal and Ali-Pay escrow (7% of total amount handing fee should be paid if use Paypal, 3% of total amount handing fee should be paid if use Ali-escrow)

b.  T/T small amount within 5000 usd, we suggest full payment in advance to save banking charge.              

Bigger amount can be 30% deposit, balance before shipping. However, customer should pay all bank handing fee including intermediary banking charge.

7.    Shipping

Goods can be shipped by your own forwarder and we can also help you arrange shipment. As regular customers of DHL, UPS, FedEx, we can get special discount from them. Just confirm us the model & quantity & packing, we will check shipping cost for your reference ASAP.

8.    Warranty

We provide 2-year warranty for all products we sell. Within one year from the day we sent out the goods,

If any defect from the goods, you can send it for repairing. When the defective rate is 3% (or higher) to 5%( or lower), our company will pay one way shipping cost (from our company to customers’ address, ship by regular mail only). When defective rate is higher than 5%, we pay both shipping cost (ship by regular mail only). Returning products must meet below conditions,

a.  Terms above valid only that CYL technical support staff determines that the products is defective (not-man-made damage)

b.  Your returns must include a copy of the Invoice on which the product(s) was shipped to you;

c.  All returns must be shipped to CYL with freight PREPAID. Any returns with freight collect or COD will be refused and returned to you.

CYL must RECEIVE all returned goods within the warranty period
